Free Shipping & Return

hArt.mk professionally delivers the orders free of charge. You will receive the delivery at your doorstep, at the address you provide, within 1 to 3 working days, at a time you agree with our courier.
You can return the product you ordered from hArt.mk and get a refund within 14 days of its delivery date.
To exercise this right, send a request to office@hart.mk, in which you will state your first name, last name, and address; the date on which you placed the order; and the bank account details to which you want the refund to be made.
Once we take delivery of the product you wish to return, the funds from the order will be transferred to you.
This right cannot be exercised if the product is damaged. The buyer must check the condition of the product at the time of delivery and to notify the courier if the product is damaged.
