Pininfarina Prima – the first among the instruments that write endlessly, without reloading or sharpening

Prima, as its name suggests, is the first among writing instruments that can write indefinitely, without refilling with ink, but also without the sharpening that pencils require.

It is the specimen for Pininfarina’s entire line of styluses with the same characteristic – unlimited writing power, thanks to the tip of the patented Ethergraf material, the metal alloy inspired by the silver pencil used by Leonardo da Vinci.

The answer to the challenge that Prima, with its historic role, has posed to designers is the purest elegance that can be realized in the material;
achieved with the thin, elongated and conical body – a design that obtained a special mention at the GrandesignEtico awards in 2012, the year Prima came to market.

Thanks to its arrow-like silhouette, the elegance of this stylus also exudes a special dynamism, a sense of readiness just waiting to stretch the owner’s creative bow.

Prima, the first of the Pininfarina Segno collection, is made entirely of aluminium and is available in gold, silver, bronze, copper, as well as titanium and rust colours.

To properly showcase its elegance, the cap of the tube in which the Prima is delivered also has a display function.
